It changes things

An open AI lab in Rwanda
AI can now do the work. Almost nobody can prove it was done right. Archymedes builds instruments that make AI work checkable: every change reviewable, every cost visible, every decision explained, every machine watched.

Agents write and run code across whole projects, not one line at a time.
Every task is a metered bill, across many models at very different prices.
It acts with your files, your shell and your credentials, on your machine.
The instruments
Archymedes CLI plans, edits, runs and verifies in your terminal, on any model. Every step is visible, every change can be reviewed and undone, and you set the most a task may spend before it starts.
Archymedes Desktop puts the agent, your files, real terminals and every change side by side. Each edit is snapshotted, shown as a real diff, and reverts in one click.
Archymedes Cloud is a prepaid balance that works across models. Each call reserves a hard cap before it runs, is routed by the policy you choose, and returns a receipt that explains the route and the charge.
Orion turns a hard choice into options, factors and trade-offs. The AI structures your words and explains the result. The answer itself is computed by plain, repeatable math: the same inputs always give the same answer.
Agents run code with your credentials. JARVIS watches the machine they run on: what is running, what could take or keep control, and what has quietly changed. It works locally, keeps evidence, and tells you what it cannot see.
Beyond the products, the lab works on two things: grounding AI in the physical world, and making intelligence cheaper to run. Both follow one rule: validate a source before you trust it.

Give me a lever and a place to stand, and I will move the world.

Where we stand
An AI lab in Rwanda, built for Africa and the world — connecting US, Europe and Asia AI communities across China, Japan and Korea.
From Rwanda to the wider African AI community—and across China, Japan, Korea, Europe and the US—we welcome international developers to build the system in the open with us.
