Edit with a safety net
Every agent edit is snapshotted. Read the unified diff, keep it, or revert it in one click.
Can I see it, and take it back?
The agent, with a diff and an undo button.
Archymedes Desktop puts the agent, your files, real terminals and every change side by side. Each edit is snapshotted, shown as a real diff, and reverts in one click.
The Workspace. An edit lands in the diff pane, then one arrow takes it back.
How it works
Point Desktop at a folder. That folder is the boundary.
Describe the change. Mention files directly, queue follow-ups while it works.
Each edit appears as a real diff next to the conversation that produced it.
One click either way, per edit.
What it does
Every agent edit is snapshotted. Read the unified diff, keep it, or revert it in one click.
Saved sessions, several terminal tabs, a highlighted editor, Quick Open, a command palette and full-text search, without leaving the project.
Desktop runs the CLI's own core, so the two agree on what a task cost and on what the agent is allowed to touch.
Move between providers, local Ollama models and compatible endpoints while the cost of the session stays on screen.
File operations stay inside the workspace. Commands the agent starts never inherit the app's own credentials.
